Hawaii - May 2012

I am a little behind on posting these pictures from our trip. On whim, we decided to go to Maui. We booked our flights 3 weeks before our trip! I have to say, I was very impressed with Neil. I whined mentioned that I'd really like to go to Hawaii and a few days later he made it happen. We stayed in Wailea which was absolutely beautiful. The condo we rented had easy beach access and a lanai with a huge grassy area for the girls to run around and play. For the most part, we went to the beach in the mornings, then spent an hour at the pool and headed back to the condo for lunch. We spent a lot of time on that lanai. We did spend a day going down the road to Hana to see a variety of waterfalls, spring pools, beautiful landscapes, black sand beaches, etc. This is probably one of the best family vacations we have ever had. I still look at the pictures and smile. I would go back tomorrow, without a doubt!
