Happy 2nd Birthday, Teagan!
Our baby girl turns TWO today! Teagan has changed so much over the last year. She used to be my quiet one. Now she's rambunctious and fearless. Her speech has really taken off, it seems as though she learns a new word every day. She is still in the early stage of pronunciation, so while I completely understand her when she says, "Where my pillow pet? I need Dora" It sounds like she is saying "Whe my pi pwet? I nee Dowa." She is really not into TV at all, but she knows Dora and Minnie Mouse because of the character stuff we already had around the house. She is still very much a Daddy's girl, though she comes to me for things now too. She is not much of a snuggler, but it just makes us appreciate her hugs and kisses even more. Teagan is absolutely in love with her sister. Sure, they fight every single day, but the first things she asks every morning is, "Where sissy?" She's our last baby, and it is so hard to let go of that. She's growing up, talking, gaining her independence, and one day she won't need me anymore. Sob! ;) Here's a picture of our spunky, clever, tenacious little girl this morning. She got to eat cake for breakfast on her birthday, a new tradition.
