Weekend Wrap-up

The last few days have been very busy but very fun. We met the Brooks family in the afternoon at Bedford Splash for Sophie's 3rd birthday. The water park is perfect for kids their age and the girls had a blast going down all the slides.

Saturday we spent our usual morning in Southlake for swimming lessons and lunch. The afternoon and evening were spent swimming with Sophie again at Dave's house in Keller. We got the girls to calm down by letting them watch Shrek in Dave's media room.

Sunday we tried to take is easy because Monday we spent the entire day swimming again at Oliver's house. Hadley and Oliver played really well together. It's really fun watching Hadley develop real friendships with other children. She's such a sweet kid and it shows when I watch her interact with others. She is also a complete Chatty Cathy and never stops talking!
