Last week I lost 3.2 pounds. I'm watching my calorie intake but still enjoying the foods I like. I'm not perfect and don't have any intentions on being so.
I have managed a few workouts on the Wii Fit and combined with several swimming outings last week, I'd say I got a fair amount of activity throughout the week.
I am *loving* E-Mealz. The menus have been great. I love that the meals vary quite a bit from day to day, are easy to prepare, and require a reasonable amount of ingredients. Prep time is usually 10 minutes or less and cook time is around 20-30min. We're eating healthy and I don't even feel like we've given anything up.
We're celebrating our 2 year anniversary at the W on Saturday. I plan on drinking lots of fruity drinks by the pool so I'm not expecting big results in weight loss this week.
