Sleepover

I had a temporary moment of insanity and invited a bunch of Hadley's friends to stay the night last Saturday. Sophie stayed for just the evening, but Avery, Sydney, Caden, Lana, Calli, Megan, and Oliver stayed the night.

The kids were really well behaved. The weather was terrible, so we couldn't swim. I kept them entertained with crafts, food, and ice cream. When they arrived they each got to decorate their own cups. Then they ran around and played. More playing, a dance party, and another craft (a door hanger). We had pizza and chicken nuggets for dinner. Next, we got the kids all gathered up to watch The Lorax. Half way through the movie we took a break for an ice cream bar. I had lots of yummy toppings like gummy bears, skittles, etc. Back to the movie and then we got them ready for bed. Bed time took awhile, but eventually they all went to sleep and didn't wake until 7:30! We spent the morning playing and cleaning up. I'll post some more pics from the party soon. Hadley and Teagan had an amazing time. It was crazy at times but SO worth it!
