I don't think I've posted her milestones in awhile. Since this is now their virtual baby book I better keep it updated.
Teagan, You took your first steps just after your 1st birthday. You started fully walking at about 14 months old. Now we can't keep up with you! You can say mama, dada, sissy, ball, shoes, hi, and bye. You're very independent and love to play quietly by yourself. You remind me of your Daddy more than anyone. You have the same expressions, the same calm demeanor, and big thick legs, just like your Dad. :)
You're starting the actually play and interact with your sister. You're also learning to stand up to her when she tried to take your toys. You love music and will often stop whatever you're doing to do a little dance if a song you like comes on.
You want you wear your shoes all the time, even when we're just hanging out around the house. When you're not wearing your shoes, you're trying on your sissy's or running away with them because you think we'll take them from you.
You are a very smart girl who is quick to figure things out. You understand much more than you can say. You know what bed time, brush your teeth, get your Ella, let's go bye bye means, along with so many other things. When we pick you up from school you walk straight to the clipboard because you know thats where your teacher keeps your daily sheet that she hands me everyday. You try to put Hadley's socks on your baby's feet and can already put most of the shapes through the shape sorter.
You hate to sit in your stroller, but you love to sit in little chairs. You're very outgoing and comfortable around strangers, especially men. You are definitely a "Daddy's girl" who lights up brighter than ever when you see him walk through the door. No one can comfort you or calm you down better than your Daddy.
There's always more to say, but I think that's enough for now. Could you stop growing though? I'm not ready for you to be a toddler just yet.
