Go Green!

Hadley had her first soccer game today. She did really well! She was a bit reluctant at first and wanted Neil with her on the field. Once she got warmed up she kicked the ball several times. She mostly chased after it and the other kids, but she's learning and having a good time. She ended up on the field the majority of the game.

Our players are all fairly new to the game and on the younger end of the 3/4 league. We could definitely tell because our opposing team had a small host of giant players who must have been playing since birth. I was going to request a verification of their birth certificates, and Neil did mention a drug test might be in order...but we refrained from sharing these comments with the officials...for now. :)
