Ribbit! Ribbit!

On Mother's Day my twin sister, Jessie, and my nieces, Avery and Sydney came over to visit Hadley and me. My sister is a manager for Emler Swim School, so the girls are very comfortable in the water and can already swim in short distances. One of the first things they did was to go check out the pool. The water was pretty cool but they insisted on going in. We had TWO special visitors when we went outside, the girls were very excited!

The girls chased the two frogs around the pool for quite some time. The best part was watching them "talk" to the frogs. This started with a demonstration of their "ribbit" and they then resorted to simply asking the frogs questions, like "What's your name frog?" or "Come over here frog", "Where's the other frog?", Avery informed her mom that she was sure that the frog had heard her.

Avery and Sydney were also very excited to spend some time with Hadley. Jessie said they have been pretending that their baby dolls are Hadley, they've put her down for naps and had a few fights over who got to take care of her. They were both eagar to hold the real Hadley.
